These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using EMS Field (救急現場, the "Service"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

The Service is intended for healthcare professionals and those in equivalent roles. You use the Service at your own responsibility.

Article 3 (Accounts)

You are responsible for registering and maintaining accurate account information. The email address you register is used to restore your account when you change devices or reinstall the app. The operator is not liable for damages arising from inadequate management of your account.

The operator may remove any post it judges inappropriate without prior notice.

Article 6 (Fees and Purchases)

Article 7 (Intellectual Property)

Copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights relating to the Service belong to the operator or to the rightful rights holders. By posting, you grant the operator permission to use that post for the operation and improvement of the Service.

Article 8 (Reporting, Blocking, and Account Deletion)

You may report an inappropriate case or question from within the app, and you may block another user so that their cases and questions are no longer shown to you; blocks can be lifted from the Settings screen. You may also delete your account at any time from Settings › Account › "Delete my account", which permanently deletes your account along with the cases, questions, likes, and bookmarks you created.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

Information published on the Service is reference material based on the experience of healthcare professionals. It does not recommend or guarantee any particular diagnosis, treatment, or procedure. The operator accepts no liability for decisions or actions taken on the basis of information from the Service. Actual clinical care must follow the protocols and instructions of your own institution and your own professional judgment. The operator is likewise not liable for damages arising from any suspension, termination, or malfunction of the Service.
